When returning an order via the Standard return option, our return instructions include the following:
- We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
Please make sure to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the shipping service used. Please keep hold of this until you have received your refund, as the return is your responsibility up to the point that we receive it back.
If you have not received your refund with 21 business days from the date posted, please provide your return tracking information so that we can assist further.
